The site occupies 95 acres including 1.5 miles of waterfront and is walking distance from the edge of the Branson tourism district. Drawing inspiration from its picturesque waterfront setting as well as its Ozarks ancestry, the Branson Landing project will offer its projected 4.5 million annual visitors nearly 450,000 square feet of retail shopping.

Broadway at the Beach Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
"Stranded on a Sandbar." Adjacent to Margaritaville, guests can party under the 110 tall Heroes Harbor lighthouse while children dig in the sandbar. Construction in process, open spring 2005.

This new Beach Cabana District at the famed Breakers Hotel features a 200 seat Restaurant, multiple pools and hot tubs, upscale Private Cabanas, a Beach Pavilion, and a Bathhouse. Open summer 2005.
