food, beverage and specialty retail in an Island maritime
setting.
A 110'
Lighthouse anchors a series of interconnecting Piers and Boardwalks
with retail kiosks, street performers and a waterfront performance
stage. Buildings themed as steamships, multi-masted sailing
ships, wharf side warehouses and even a Civil
War submarine provide a cornucopia of entertainment and
merchandise for the discerning visitor.
